The Integration of Love and Wisdom: Insight and Metta Retreat

During this silent retreat, we will explore the Buddha’s Four Foundations of Mindfulness. Supported by this teaching, we can cultivate our natural ability to maintain a continuous quality of awareness, and extend it more seamlessly into our daily lives.

A combination of lovingkindness (metta) and equanimity (upekkha) meditations will also be offered, so that we can understand how to uncover the wisdom of our minds by strengthening the kindness in our hearts.
