Dzogchen Retreat

Of all the Buddhist methods of attainment, the teachings of Dzogchen (Great Perfection) invite students to experience a direct realization of the nature of Mind. In this retreat we will receive Dzogchen teachings from one of the most skilled and respected Tibetan lamas currently teaching in the West, Tsoknyi Rinpoche III, son of Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche. Tsoknyi Rinpoche is one of those rare teachers whose lighthearted yet illuminating style appeals to all practitioners. The retreat will be based upon his latest book, Fearless Simplicity.

Guy Armstrong, a Spirit Rock teacher and student of Rinpoche, will give teachings daily on the relationship between Dzogchen and Insight meditation (Vipassana) practice.
