| In this time of crisis and uncertainty, our mind can move towards confusion and fear, or towards clarity and connection. Our practice gives us tools to stay present with the swirl of mind states and emotions that naturally arise as well as the centeredness to respond with wisdom and compassion. Even more, we can be Thich Nhat Hanh’s “calm person in the boat” transmitting our own centeredness to others in our lives. Just as fear is contagious so is the collectedness that we develop within ourselves.
Join us in this 5-day online retreat. Practice at home, but not alone, as we support each other in deepening our connection in the midst of it all. |
