| In this retreat we’ll focus on the foundations of mindfulness practice as it has been transmitted from the time of the Buddha. We’ll explore mindfulness as a path of purification, cultivating awareness of breath, body, and other experiences with clear recognition, noticing and understanding how we are relating to what’s being experienced. Practicing in this way, we see clearly, resolve difficulties in the heart, and can glimpse the nature of mind itself.
This retreat is silent except for teacher-led Q&A, small groups, or other practice meetings. |
